PROFANITY & CONDUCT POLICY
Pawz Parlour maintains a respectful, pet-friendly, and professional environment. The use of language that is racist, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, threatening, or obscene is strictly prohibited across the Platform. This policy applies to reviews and testimonials, booking notes, and all messages or communications made through the Platform. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension, permanent blocking, or refusal of future services.
SERVICE GUARANTEE (GROOMING SERVICES)
Pawz Parlour is committed to delivering safe, hygienic, and professional grooming services for dogs and cats. If dissatisfied due to incomplete service, service not delivered as booked, or grooming-related negligence, clients must notify Pawz Parlour within 24 hours of service completion.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within the time window specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee. Refunds are considered only if Pawz Parlour is unable to deliver the booked service or cancels the service.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
Pawz Parlour aims to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Customers should contact Pawz Parlour directly before escalating any dispute. Final decisions are based on service records and communication history.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party services. Pawz Parlour is not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.
COLLECTION & USE OF INFORMATION
Personal information collected may include name, contact details, pet details, booking history, and device information. This information is used to manage bookings, deliver services, improve customer experience, and communicate updates. Pawz Parlour does not sell or trade personal data.
